Information for KGM Customers in New Zealand 

 

Inchcape New Zealand’s role as the distributor of KGM vehicles in New Zealand is changing. We are not yet able to confirm the future distribution arrangements for KGM vehicles in New Zealand. 

 

What this means for you: 

• All new KGM vehicles purchased from an authorised KGM dealer continue to be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty applicable at the time of purchase. 

• Customers will continue to have access to warranty support, spare parts supply, servicing and other after-sales support for KGM vehicles. 

• These customer support arrangements will continue and are not affected by the change in distribution arrangements.
